Treating patients with aortic aneurysms, carotid stenosis, advanced venuous ulcers, peripheral vascular disease (to help with walking and avoid amputation), varicose veins, thoracic outlet and complex regional pain syndrome, and providing vascular dialysis access, medport placement for patients needing chemotherapy, and wound care.

Dr. Granke treats patients using medical therapy first, then minimally invasive methods, including balloon or stent procedures.  If needed, open surgery may be used to improve or restore blood flow.  Second opinions welcome.
