McLaren-Central Michigan is committed to providing care to all people, regardless of their ability to pay. This philosophy is fundamental to our mission as Isabella County's only community-owned and locally governed hospital.
Each year, our annual benefits to the community are tracked and reported to the Michigan Health and Hospital Association (MHA). These benefits include medical service to the underserved, community health education and screenings, community outreach and leadership, and time and resources donated to health professional education.
The 2009 community benefit report shows McLaren-Central Michigan provided more than $2.7 million in uncompensated care and services.
