At Central Michigan Community Hospital, providing excellent care and service to our patients is a priority. We ask our patients to tell us how we are doing and where we can improve.  A telephone survey of CMCH patients conducted by Arbor Associates, an independent research firm, showed satisfaction with hospital services.  


The survey results provided the following information:

• 94.4 percent of our patients were overall satisfied with their experience at Central Michigan Community Hospital.
  
• 96.4 percent of our patients would recommend Central Michigan Community Hospital to friends and family.
  
• 99.4 percent of our patients felt that Central Michigan Community Hospital took adequate precautions for their safety.
  
• 97.1 percent of our patients would choose Central Michigan Community Hospital again.
